Description/Information:

• Have good comms skills - both written and verbal
• Know email and chat etiquette
• Can compose friendly, engaging, and flawless emails
• Can answer queries via different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.
• Can turn frustrated clients/customers into a satisfied one
• Can be a good representative of the brand
• Can multitask
• Knows basic photo editing

Social Media:

• Can set up, optimize and post to your social media accounts, filling them with interactive, high converting content.
• Facebook LiveVideo & help you during live shows, posting links & answering questions during broadcast.

Graphics: Can help you edit graphics and photos - adding watermarks, numbers, names etc. Note: Mostly will be done in Canva.

Email: Basic email management send and reply with messages. Note: Content will be Provided
