I was hired by client from Freelancer after using it for a week
Hi. Please help, I need to hear your insight.
-
The offer is $2 per hour and possible to get an appraisal depende daw sa work and performance
-
48 hours a week. So more or less it will give me 20k a month (tama ba?) Haha
-
Hindi bayad ang 4 weeks of traing. Sad. Per 3 hours ang class training plus may exams/certification na need tapusin and its up to me kung ilang oras ko itatake
-
They keep on telling me na ang advantage nito ay Long term ang job position. So $2 for now but it will go high eventually
-
I hesitate to accept na job. Half yes, half no. I got a client from upwork just recently and eraning $8/hour but the job just last for a month.
So, malaki nga pero saglit lang. Ito namang offer ngyon, maliit pero long term.
Btw. Ang job po ang CSR. Live calls.
Any opinion po? Thank you!
4 weeks training? for free? tapos $2/hr lang pag officially hired na? No.. maawa ka sa sarili mo.. unless this is your very first time, Ok lang siguro for few months of experience. :)
very very low. even for a newbie.
Not worth the effort.
3 dollars is the standard minimum for us freelancers.
Kahit po long term p yan mababa masyado ung $2.
If you wanna gain experience and start establishing a home based career, $2 is acceptable. Medyo mababa pero pwede na din. However, medyo shady ang 4 weeks unpaid training. Masyadong matagal yon, halos free labor na 'yon. May tendency na sabihin sayo that you didnt make the cut after the training, so madaming nasayang na oras, pagod, resources.
Nope. This is a bad offer look for other client who can offer higher amount. Normally kapag CSR 8-10$ yan.
$3/hr standard minimum, and $5-6/hr for calls. super baba and hindi pa bayad training. luging lugi
4 weeks of training? Kung legit client yan, importante sa kanilang makahanap ng matinong freelancer, kung itetrain ka nila, gusto nila ng assurance na kanila ka nang matagal (what better way to get you to commit than to pay you properly di ba).
it's a no for me ✌😁
Luging lugi ka sa 4 weeks unpaid training. Ang matinong clients, reasonable ang offer. Pag hindi resonable, usually mapagsamantalang clients yan.
Didn't expect that you guys will give some of your time to share your insight. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Appreciated po :) Will going to construct my email na para maayos ko naman maddeclined ung offer. Salamat ng madami! :)
ok na sana long term sya, the drawback is too low parang nakakababa na ng moral. If I were in your shoes I will pass for now or negotiate for $3.
The first step to freelancing/working remotely is deciding if you want to work on project-based work, or be a remote employee for a company that requires you to work the normal working hours.
Live calls for $2/hr?
While waiting, enhance your skills as well. :)
No for me. Not because of the rate but because of the 4weeks unpaid training.
