JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from a top university

• Certified Public Accountant

• Proven success in school or at work

• Professional experience with native English speakers

• Experience working remotely

• Professional presentation on resume and online

• Full time availability—no exceptions and with no other work commitments

• Willingness to work very early morning or nights

• Tech savvy and has a stable internet connection

OTHER DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Experience working for an accounting firm

• Exposure to US companies/US tax laws

• Experience with accounting software: Netsuite/Xero

• Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs

• Prepare tax documents

• Compile and analyze financial statements

• Manage budgeting and forecasting

• Draft emails and handling business communications

• Take video conferences Interfacing with clients and customers

• Schedule and planning meetings and events

• Do online research and data collection using spreadsheets

• Reporting and analysis

• Perform other administrative tasks and projects
