Description/Information: We are seeking a Procurement Sourcing Specialist, experience as VA and/or Project Manager dealing with Western European/US clients. Must have experience working in a Large Brand such as Airbnb, American Express, or other US large companies such as banks, financial institutions, etc. Admin user experience with some of the popular Saas and cloud-based systems and tools for Project Management and CRM such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Dropbox, G Suite, Calendly, Trello, Asana, etc.

Expectations:

• Technical skills - Excel, G Suite, Google Analytics (nice to have)
• Brilliant and focused, with the ability to speak fluent English
• Very well organized and detailed oriented
• Result and Solution driven
• Strong and consistent internet connection is a must, min 30 Mbps
• Good, fully functional computer/laptop with a camera for video Zoom meetings
• We will do a background check
