• Work Remotely
• Work Hours and Schedule: 40 hours weekly, 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday Pacific Standard Time
• Work Duration: Long-term
• Earn ~$5-$6/hr.

Job Description:

• Performs training needs analysis (TNA) to identify/validate skill and/or knowledge gap
• Designs and develops training programs that address identified performance gaps
• Delivers training and refreshers
• Creates assessments to measure learning (L1 and L2 evaluation)
• Performs post-training evaluation of courses conducted
• Tweaks training content and materials as needed
• Provides coaching and feedback as needed

Job Characteristics:

• Proficient in the use of MS Office 360, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
• Has at least 2 years working experience in Training (preferably voice and accent training)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Is organized and has great attention to detail
• Experience in eLearning and/or eLearning strategies preferred
• Experience in behavioral/management/leadership training preferred
• Experience in technical support accounts, preferred

Requirements:

• A home office set up that meets the following:
• A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5, Windows10
• Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)
• HD webcam/camera
• A very good headset (with noise cancellation feature) for meetings
• A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
• A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)
• Able to work full time, 8AM to 5PM PST
• Able to provide NBI Clearance (eventually)
• Prepared to do a demo when requested
