Job description:

• Full time or part time position available
• Work from home set up (no site work involved)
• All projects will be located in California, USA
• $5 USD per hour (negotiable)

Requirements:

• Must have 3-5 years intensive on-site work experience
• Must have a computer with good working condition. Can handle sketch up, video calls, AutoCAD etc.
• Fast, stable, reliable internet connection (10Mbps and above)
• Good and quiet working environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Philippine professional license is not required but a plus
• Knowledge in civil works is a plus
• AutoCAD or sketch up skills required. Revit is a plus.

What is expected from you:

• Responsible for reviewing and coordinating the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, piping, and fire protection design and installation.
• You may be involved in only one project or multiple projects depending on the scope of the projects
• Review and coordination of plans and details to designers, suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepares, completes or reviews all project documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Monitoring of construction installation, field coordination and provide necessary problem solving.
• Promptly notify Operational staff of any situations that would have a significant impact on the completion date, cost or quality.
• The chosen candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, either Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-mechanical.
• Experience should include well developed communications, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and team work skills.
• To liaise with design teams and MEP sub-contractors
• Liaise with the utility suppliers to arrange for power, gas and telco connections
