Hello! I'm looking for an exceptional client support agent to join our growing business consulting firm.

Position will start as contractor with potential for full-time employment in the future.

You will be responsible for answering client questions, scheduling appointments, maintaining client files, onboarding new clients and providing social media support.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Must have experience working from home
• Must have excellent track record in customer service
• Must have laptop or desktop Corei5 or higher
• Must have a noise canceling headset
• Marketing experience preferred

$5/hour pay rate; 20 hours/week to start.
