Looking for an honest-hard-working Appointment Setter for an Insurance Agent. Please read the whole post in its entirety.
Job Qualifications:
- Must a Computer/Laptop at Home, preferably with 2 monitors
- Must have a wired-internet.
- Coachable, Trustworthy and Hard-working
- Must have experience in Appointment Setting, no experience will be considered on a case-to-case basis (coachability)
- Computer-savvy, Multi-tasker
- Can handle a high-pressure and fast-paced work environment.
- Must be available to work between 8AM-8PM Central Standard time (At least 36-40 hours a week , Monday-Saturday)
- Must be able to work with no absences within the Probationary period.
Job Details:
- Call prospects who have requested information about Insurance and set-up a solid appointment. (Leads are Provided)
- Power-dial 60-80 Calls per hour (Dialer is provided)
- Toggle between tabs and browser while dialing.
- Follow an appointment setting script.
- Proficient with Google Suit.
- Scheduling appointments in Google Calendar
- Submitting end-of-day reports.
- Admin Tasks; writing notes on leads, etc.
- Paid Training for 2 days.
Salary Information:
- Starting Salary $5 an hour for the first month and $3 for every appointment that showed-up. (Probationary period is two weeks)
- After 1 month, Salary is $6 per hour plus $5 for every appointment that showed-up.
- Quarterly Bonuses
- 13-month Pay
