Description/Information: We are looking for Spanish speakers with customer service experience.

Responsibilities Include: -Providing direct customer support via email and live chats -Making sure that no live chat is missed and no customer is left waiting for too long -Making sure customer emails are answered within SLA -Escalating customer concerns

Qualifications -Fluency in written Spanish -CS experience, preferably chat/email support -Knowledge in customer support platforms -English language fluency -Some technical skills -Fast-learner, honest, able to work in harmony with co-workers

Experience in the Forex industry is a huge plus.
