Job Description:

Perform all tasks according to policies, checklists, and procedures of the company.

Become an expert relating to the benefits and features of all the items offered to our SCOTTEVEST customers.

Providing responses to customer's product reviews in Amazon and on SCOTTEVEST.com

Processing and sending orders to the warehouse accurately according to policies, checklists and procedures.

Processing returns and exchanges accurately based on customer requests and customer service instructions that align with policies, checklists and procedures.

Complete all delegated tasks on the Order Processing Checklist daily.

Ensure that all non-delegated tasks on the Order Processing Checklist are assigned to others and will be completed daily.

Accurately charging and refunding order payment methods.

Maintaining accurate inventory.

Clearly communicating accurate action items with Customer Service, the warehouse and managerial staff.

Consistently following up on all pending issues and reinforcing timely resolutions.

Other duties as required

We require applicants to have the following at a minimum: Laptop or PC running at least Windows 10 or macOS 10.12 Sierra or later. Noise-Cancelling Headset with Microphone. Internet with speeds at least 6 Mbps Download, 1.5 Mbps Upload An Internet provider back-up A Second Monitor is highly recommended.
