I currently have problem with my vocal cords kasi kaya iwas ako sa any verbal communication. Kaya lang mostly sa mga ads na nakikita ko lageng tandem ang english verbal and written comm skills 😔
Yes, kami onting usap sa email, trial test, tapos hired na. Hindi ko pa nga sya nkikita miski video call. Hahahaha puro ping lang kami sa Slack, almost 7 mos na ko saknila.

It's possible. Konting test and chika lang, pag nagiliw ang employer mo sayo.. boom! wala ng interview. Job agreement agad.😊 And yes, I'm not using any time proof.
The higher the skillset required the lesser the interview...but for trivial work...interviews and tests are necessary as opposed to programming and highly technical tasks...
