Description/information: The role requires spending time on the phone with the utility companies to have the utilities (water, power, and gas) turned on after after property is sold/leased.

The person hired would need to: Enjoy building relationships on the phone, Like talking on the phone and writing emails Have good written and verbal English language skills Possess good attention to detail and updating systems Communicate with other RTMs and personnel who process utility invoices Stable company and to start ASAP.
