A US client is worried about tax on his end.
Does he need to let his remote workers sign as an independent worker and not an employee?
I want to know your input on this.

I think it's called 1099 contractors. Wala sila obligation to pay for benefits etc unlike payroll employees.

Remote workers are contractors not employees.
Dude just don't do the w-9 you are delared as offshore.
