We are hiring!!! Work Remotely? YES Job Role: Allocations Specialist Company: MyVirtualMate Work Hours and Schedule: 7AM to 4PM Manila time Work Duration: Fulltime Commission Based Only? No (base salary plus bonuses) Rate / Salary Range: Base salary starts at 40,000 (will pay more if candidate has business development and account management experience)

Description/Information: We are looking for Allocations Specialists to join an AU based healthcare company for a full time position.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good relationships with staff and clients
• Process bookings, modify shifts and staff availabilities
• Coordinate placement of nursing staff with appropriate shift requests from various aged-care facilities
• Input data accurately into our software platform
• Answer and respond appropriately to phone calls, text messages, and emails - general inquiries, shift requests, feedbacks, concerns, etc.

Qualification:

• Marketing & Sales experience
• Able to use data and undertake base analysis in order to segment and target key stakeholders
• Ability to identify, develop, implement and promote new services
• High level interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Ability to manage a dynamic and changing environment
• Demonstrated experience working in a self-directed environment.
• Selection Criteria - Desirable
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications
• Prior knowledge of the Private Healthcare Industry will be highly regarded
• Proven experience with CRM and comfort in dealing with data for decision making
• A Proven ability in business development and successful relationship building
