Need Experienced Accountants, (CPA Preferred) with a US Real Estate/Property Management background

We are looking for Experienced Accountants, (CPA Preferred) with a US Real Estate/Property Management background.

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of homeowner associations. Must be professional, knowledgeable, able to multitask, work independently and with a team, and have good problem-solving skills.

Additional responsibilities of the position include:

• Prepare financial statements
• Bank account reconciliations
• Senior review of Accounts Payable
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare CPA packets
• Budget preparation, entry, and review

Experience:

• GL Accounting & Financial Reporting Experience, (Required)
• Excel experience (Required)
• CPA
• Amenable to work full time, 40hours a week
• Monday to Friday. EST TIMEZONE
