We are looking for motivated Remote Assistants to help each of VidCruiter's departments with a variety of different tasks. Remote Assistants are a vital part of our organization that keeps VidCruiter running 24/7/365.

Job Description:
Remote Assistants are expected to work 40 hours a week (5 8-hour shifts). All Remote Assistants will report directly to VidCruiter's Remote Team Manager as well as managers from the specific departments that they are working with.

Responsibilities: Conducts Software Test Automation Contribute to all phases of the product development: design, develop, test, maintain and improve Execute automated test scripts. Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans. Work with the QA and development team to resolve any issues that arise out of the testing process. Responsible for continuous improvement in the software testing

Requirements: English language proficiency (reading and writing) Fully competent in C#, Java, JavaScript, Python Experience with automation/CI tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins Extensive experience as Software Test Automation Engineer Proven experience in QA Automation Testing and as Manual Tester Strong understanding of Page Object Model (POM) and other QA Automation concepts Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Passionate about technology and testing Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science Must have a functional computer (Laptop or Desktop) Access to a stable internet connection
