Our client is a US-based marketing agency is looking for virtual assistants
Our client is a US-based marketing agency with a large variety of amazing clients, whom they manage Digital Marketing services for, on a monthly basis. They provide SEO, Google My Business management, Google Ads management; Facebook marketing and WordPress Website development.
The VAs work hours will overlap with the client. The shift may start at 4 pm MST/ 6 am PHT. There may be times that a task for the client would need urgent action, and therefore the VA may need to work earlier, so flexibility is a must. The role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position.
Duties: Assist the owner/founder with many tasks such as: • Manage client relationships via email and text messages • Monitoring team email account for client requests and fulfilling such requests immediately or within 4 hours if possible • Monitoring and using Basecamp project management to communicate and follow-up with team • Track the progress of tasks, deadlines & accuracy/quality of deliverables • Monitoring social media accounts of clients to help our team reply to leads or current customers or be the one to reply (let’s discuss details of this task) • Review all blog posts for our level of quality and no typos, misspellings, grammatical errors (you’ll be trained on “level of quality”). • Programming 30-35 monthly blog posts into WordPress websites, and using the Yoast plugin to help achieve basic SEO tasks for each blog post. • Manage projects & timelines to achieve early, before-deadline finished high-quality work • Ability to manage team and clients • Intermediate in setting-up and managing Facebook ads/boosts and Google ad campaigns • You enjoy implementing simple processes that make us more efficient • Able to support owner’s growth strategy • Willingness to learn new concepts, new ideas, and implementation • Willingness to introduce new concepts, new ideas and implementation • Logical, common sense decision-making • A Non-Disclosure Agreement • Reporting to clients when their blog posts have been published. • Using the Yoast plugin to optimize many pages of many websites on a regular basis • Doing quick 5-minute text and image website updates when requested by clients. • Programming/creating WordPress pages by using the duplicate plugin or other approved method. • Monthly reports reviewed and quality-checked (a team member creates them at this point). Adding to the reports by using Google Analytics screenshot images of specific data Lori will inform you of. • Training new team members as they come on board. • Anticipating project resource volumes and dependencies as well as actively resolving issues by nipping them in the bud; preventing issues from escalating by helping owner implement a red light, yellow light, green light client review process. • Avoiding having any conflicts of any kind, whether with team members or clients.
Requirements: • 5+ years client management experience • 5+ years of marketing background (Facebook & Google My Business; and SEO are a must). • Intermediate SEO • Intermediate WordPress • Intermediate Social Media Management, Monitoring & Engaging • Data Analysis (Google Analytics; Google My Business; Facebook Insights; LinkedIn Analytics) • Copywriting skills (social media posts; blog posts; in the future: email newsletters) • Impeccable English & grammar • Organized, task-oriented, and has great attention to detail • Positive and Proactive • Great phone, video chat, text message and email etiquette: a very considerate person • Experience is super important. You’ll be trained in our processes, however, you should have intermediate SEO skills; social media management skills and experience; and project management skills. • Team player with great communication skills. “Team player” sometimes means “pinch-hitting” by stepping in to do tasks.
Work From Home Requirements: • At least 10mbps internet connection • Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid • Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher) • Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher) • Headset with mic • No background noise during work hours • Must not be currently employed full time
