We are looking for a real estate photo editor to edit all of our real estate photos. We are extremely detailed in the photos that we need editing. Please review the list of our requests in detail and let us know if you are able to meet these editing requirements.

Editing listing pictures checklist. Each one of these must be done for every single photo.

  • Turn around time of 48 hours during the weekdays and 72 hours on weekends.
  • 25 - 27 pictures minimum for each listing
  • From those 25-27 pics, 5 should be drone pictures max unless not enough ground images.
  • Size: 4000px longest side.
  • Drone pictures will be different size than ground pictures but as long as the on get side is 4000px its ok.
  • Clean up interiors, cables, mirrors. Make sure to edit any carpet stains and smudges from the walls out of the photo.
  • Create composition with best exposed interior photo and best exposed window photo.
  • Straighten angles/ correct lens distortion
  • Correct lamps and light bulbs with the ones that are not over exposed.
  • Make sure pictures are not too yellow or blue, color balance.
  • Replace grass when/ if needed
  • For outdoor pictures, replace sky when needed
  • If you can, create a twilight picture with regular lighting provided. If we really need twilight you will be provided with some images taken later in the evening.
  • Label each folder to have the address of the property (example: 1276 pineapple rd.) if address is not provided please use the original name provided in folder/ file.
  • Upload in google drive and send us a link via email where we can download please.
