Client is a roofing contractor in Phoenix, Arizona and is in need of a virtual assistant tasks will be:

• Writing up Bids into Word Doc or Pages into PDF.
• Writing up invoices into Word Doc or Pages into PDF.
• Writing up Inspection reports into PowerPoint or Key.
• Update data into CRM with work progress and photos.
• Schedule roof repairs, re-roofs into calendar-CRM
• Save all items into drop box and CRM.

Looking for someone who can learn technical stuff fast.
