Your opportunity:

• Our company is focused on building programs that create a strong foundation in the customer journey of our clients. From awareness, onboarding to customer delight.
• You will be reporting to the top management to help implement projects. Your projects will be focused on customer growth, acquisition and assist in creating campaigns for the social media content of our clients.
• Day to day, your main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)
• Develop project timelines and implement the execution of key marketing campaigns (including coordination with designers)
• Create content plans across multiple channels (Email newsletter, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Monitor social media performance and provide strategic insights
• Assist or coordinate with clients for any special requests (design etc.)
• Lead and practice innovation and thought leadership; identifying process improvement opportunities.

Salary range:
