Select Assistants Urgently Hiring an Administrative Assistant with Zoho & eCommerce Experience
URGENTLY HIRING AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WITH ZOHO & eCommerce EXPERIENCE!
We are a Wholesale Company that sells Inventory Liquidation and Closeouts buys. Our objective is to Track our Vendors (People we purchase from) and our Buyers (Customers we sell products to) In one centralized software, and we are choosing to work with ZOHO. Company: Select Assistants RATE: $7hr or equivalent to $1,200 per month Schedule: M - F | 9AM - 6PM EST
As our VA, you need to be able to do the following responsibilities:
- Reach out to leads
- Make deals
- Create reports
- Data entry
- Create Email Marketing
- Communications (EMAIL, WHATSAPP, SMS)
Required Applications:
- Zoho CRM
- Google Drive
- Excel
- Google Calendar
- Basic Email Marketing
- ZOHO experience is a must!
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of remote experience in Ecommerce
- Must have a very good command of the English language (both written and oral
- Proficient in Excel
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Must be confident
- Goal-oriented
