We are looking for a Recruiter who is reliable enough to keep consistent and transparent communication with both candidates and partners and will support the client by performing all tasks in recruitment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment (Create job descriptions, Post job ads on different platforms, Sourcing, Screen all applications, Schedule and conduct interviews, Email correspondence, Background checks, Onboarding, Orientation)
- Monitor, respond, and organize all emails
- Manage and update calendars
- CRM Management
- Applicant database management
- Prepare all documents necessary in the hiring process
- Support the client with the systems, software, website, and other applications
- Establish rapport and have consistent communication with Doctors and clients
Job Qualifications:
- Must have 1-2 years of proven experience as a recruiter for a US-based client
- Previous experience in recruiting for healthcare occupations
- Experience in using different CRM software, VoIP, homecare agency software, and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to easily recognize talent and work behavior of prospective candidates
- Great decision-making ability in hiring the best candidate for job openings
- Strong organizational skills, highly adaptive, results-oriented, trustworthy, and reliable.
