WHAT WE NEED:

• We need someone with experience as a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager/Lead Manager
• We need someone who can manage the leads in our CRM and assist in the acquisition and getting them in contract
• We need someone to call people who already have decided that they either want to sell or will consider selling - leads that have gone through our cold callers and texters and other marketing sources.
• We need someone who knows how to build rapport and determine motivation
• We need someone with experience and knowledge how to run comps.
• We need someone with experience making and negotiating offers over the phone
• We need someone that has a reliable computer system, internet connection and power supply.
• We need someone who has no attendance issues and must have an excellent online presence.
• We need someone who is a go-getter and a closer!

THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE!!

COMPENSATION: $10 per hour + Bonuses on every successfully closed deal Payment Bi-Weekly via Wise SCHEDULE: 30-40 hours per week. Remote Position. Work starts at 10am Pacific Timezone Mon-Fri or Tues-Sat
