Urgent Hiring! Work From Home - Accounting Virtual Assistant

We are currently looking for a CPA / Accounting VA to provide support to our Accounting Department to Nametag Films - A video production company in Dallas Texas.

Rate: - starts at $4- $6 depending on experience Work hours and schedule: 20hrs per week, working hours may extend depending on workload (Preferably 7AM - 12NN CST)

Responsibilities:

• Focused on accounting tasks in the business
• Responsible for organizing receipts and invoices during wrapping (video production term)
• Data entering into Quickbooks online, entering crew checks, actualizing projects, building cost analysis spreadsheet, preparing reports for Financial Controller and team to review, preparing financials for insurance audits and various other accounting responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Must have been an Accounting, bookkeeper, or CPA of at least 5 years.
• Have some experience working with a US based company.
• Have a degree in Accountant or CPA.
• Extensive Quickbooks knowledge.
• Experience doing payroll.
• Advanced knowledge of Google & Excel Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets).

• Knowledge and experience with Construction Company is a plus.
• Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors - detail oriented
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Must Speak Excellent English
