We are hiring Real Estate Virtual Assistants (With experience working for RE wholesalers/Investors)

Full-time and part-time positions available. Compensation: Starting at $3-4/hour + $5 attendance incentive(weekly) + $10 for highest appointments(weekly)

Job description: To cold call homeowners and ask if they're interested in a cash offer for their property. Get more information about the house condition and find out the motivation why they wanna sell. Set the appoitment and pass it on to our clients who buys properties for a wholesale price.

Work Hours & Schedule: Will depend on the client. Mostly graveyard shift. (US Timezones)

✔️Dedicated, reliable and trustworthy ✔️Fluent, competitive and friendly when speaking over the phone - with little to no accent. ✔️Must have experience in US Real Estate Investments or Wholesaling ✔️Experience with Appointment Setting, Skip Tracing, Social Media & CRM Management. ✔️BPO experience minimum of 6 months

Technical Requirements: ✔️Must have at least 3-5mbps of WIRED internet connection ✔️Good quality headset with noise canceling microphone ✔️Quiet workplace ✔️Computer/Laptop: minimum of 4gb RAM, Windows 7-10
