General Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to a cleaning company in Atlanta, GA (USA). As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype.

Duties and Responsibilities: Responding to emails and phone calls Schedule clients, set up a calendar and handle cancellations Managing clients information in the company CRM system Handling and tracking various random tasks on a daily basis Provide customer service as the first point of contact Collaborate with other team members Set up and send out client contracts. Send client invoices Perform minor bookkeeping tasks Write posts for social media. Answer inquiries on business Facebook Page or website contact form. Sort through the inbox every morning - deciding and marking what is urgent and what is not. Create a daily to-do list Schedule calls, interview, & consultation Organize Dropbox, Google Drive other file storage Data mining and development/lead generation Schedule doctors appointments Birthday reminders & gift buying Vacation planning

Other Requirements: Must be able to work on US hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5pm EST) Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills Excellent time management skills College Degree; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions Able to manage time effectively and efficiently Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information Self-directed and able to work without supervision Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and presentation skills Able to work nights, weekends, extended hours, and holidays as needed Two years’ previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or related field preferred

Basic Technical Requirements: Must own a laptop/desktop PC with Chrome installed with i3 processor with 8GB RAM or up (please provide a screenshot of the device specs) A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 10MBPS up with a backup internet connection (please provide a current speed test screenshot) A noise-canceling headset/headphone A quiet and dedicated workspace at home

Salary Package: From $6 - $10/hr based on experience
