We are hiring a Book Keeper to start ASAP Working Hours: Preferably 9am - 4pm EST Mondays-Fridays Client’s Timezone: Eastern Standard Time Rate: $6-8 per hour depending on the background and experience

About Us: We are a real estate investment company that actively operates 50 homes and apartments in Michigan. We are looking to expand our team and are in search for a rockstar bookkeeper. Reach out if you meet the following criteria!

Responsibilities and Duties: 20+ transactions per day and deliver monthly profit and loss statements Must have experience with Quickbooks and separating expenses/income between multiple businesses Must be able to deliver monthly profit and loss statements on each unit Prepare end of year statements for tax purposes

Qualifications: Someone with an accounting or bookkeeping background and experience Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software especially QuickBooks Has good organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Must be able to use Discord
