Helpdesk Engineer
Role:
- 5 years experience in the IT industry.
- Basic LAN/WAN/IP/routing/DHCP/DNS/VPN, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Day to day troubleshooting and support of Windows OS’s.
- Installation, setting up users, changing/updating password of MS Office 365 products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive.
- User setup, group memberships, password changes of Active Directory.
- Office365 Admin and Microsoft Azure
- Typical user program support (Adobe Reader/DC, Java, Edge/Chrome/Firefox, etc)
- Ability to perform scheduled maintenance, computer cleanup, and system optimization (workstations and servers).
- Create/update/maintain technical documentation (in comprehensive English)
Client: Canadian Based Client Full time role Working Hours: 10PM - 7AM Work Duration: Long term Employment Salary: 60k & up per month (will depend on skills and experience) Payment Method: Transferwise (Bi- Weekly)
