Real Estate
Transaction Coordination:
- Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
- Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
- Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance
- Coordinate moving/possession schedules
- Schedule & Coordinate closing process
Administrative:
- Update and manage Flip Spreadsheet
- Schedule utilities to start on closing date when we buy
- Schedule utilities to shut off on closing date when we sell
- Insurance - Coordinate with Insurance provider to activate policies prior to closing
- Documentation - Maintain folder structure for all documents organized by home
- Calendar - buy/sale closing dates (including closing attorney, closing address), other important dates
- Additional projects as required
Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in G-Suite (docs, sheets, mail) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Fast learner and growth orientated
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Expectation of confidentiality on all business matters
- Concerned about doing things the right way
- Calm under pressure
- Learning based and feedback driven
- Proven ability to succeed
Will pay $4-$7 per hour depending on experience.
