Administrative Assistant Real Estate

Transaction Coordination:

  • Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
  • Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
  • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance
  • Coordinate moving/possession schedules
  • Schedule & Coordinate closing process

Administrative:

  • Update and manage Flip Spreadsheet
  • Schedule utilities to start on closing date when we buy
  • Schedule utilities to shut off on closing date when we sell
  • Insurance - Coordinate with Insurance provider to activate policies prior to closing
  • Documentation - Maintain folder structure for all documents organized by home
  • Calendar - buy/sale closing dates (including closing attorney, closing address), other important dates
  • Additional projects as required

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficiency in G-Suite (docs, sheets, mail) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Fast learner and growth orientated
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Expectation of confidentiality on all business matters
  • Concerned about doing things the right way
  • Calm under pressure
  • Learning based and feedback driven
  • Proven ability to succeed

Will pay $4-$7 per hour depending on experience.
