We are hiring “Senior Technical Specialist VA”!

• Rate/Salary: 80k/month
• Work Hours and Schedule: 40 hrs a week, PH timezone
• Work Duration: 8hours/day
• Full-time position
• Payment Method: TBA
• Payment Frequency: Bi-weekly

Responsibilities and Duties:

• To provide installation, upgrade, development and integration of the Atlassian platform and suite of products. -️ Knowledge on how to set up & run servers, monitor performance, resolve problems and enhance automation (Amazon Web). -️ Supports delivery of projects – both internal and to external clients -️ Researching, learning and disseminating knowledge to the team of new software & technologies -️ Writing technical documentation such as documenting processes and user guides for integrated tools and scripts
• Participating in team stand up and client meetings and support for other technical and functional activities -️ Reporting activity progress to the team, Project Manager, clients and stakeholders -️ Ensure all work is tested thoroughly so that it is error-free and deliver the business logic expected -️ Problem-solving skill / Root cause analysis

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate/Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• ️Minimum of 3+ years working experience in related field
• ️Solid debugging & troubleshooting skill
• ️Knowledgeable of Atlassian tool suite, mainly JIRA / Confluence / Bamboo / Bitbucket – Administration, Configuration, Installation and upgrades.
