Job Requirements Must have taken courses related to Horticulture/Agriculture Someone with a background and a passion for what we do, hydroponics/ aquaponics. Customer Service Experience in BPO setting Ability to help with uncomplicated customer questions, mainly with direction to find the right products and troubleshoot support questions as well, tracking order, and if it is a complex inquiry to book a meeting with the right Aussie consultant

Must be amenable to work on fixed or rotating shifts 5 days/week: Monday to Friday 7am – 3pm (with 30 mins break) 5 days/week: Wednesday to Sunday 2pm – 10pm (with 30 mins break) 4 days/week: Saturday to Sunday 7am – 3pm ; Monday to Tuesday 2pm – 10pm
