We're looking for one email customer support agent (work from home):
Job Purpose and Summary: The Customer Support VA has the primary responsibility of answering all email support tickets from our Helpdesk. He/She also work with other tasks related to customer support.
Duties & Responsibilities: The Customer Support VA is in charge of the following activities: Respond to all support tickets in our Helpdesk within 1 business day Preparing Standard Operating Procedures for support cases, describing step by step how to resolve a customer's support request through videos or written instructions. Updating documentation of Customer Support process Adding new subscribers into shopping cart and processing their orders. Processing refund requests by clients. Perform other tasks related to customer support like updating Refund Policy, list of devices and the like. Do small research tasks assigned from time to time.
Required Skills: Excellent business English comprehension skills Expert skills in computer and the web Enjoys contributing ideas and sharing thoughts while doing the job Familiar with different online tools and software, preferably Zendesk and GSuite. 40 hours, 5 days a week . Starting salary is Php20,000 plus other benefits, with annual review for salary increase.
