Hi! We’re looking for two Account Managers! Job Role: Account Manager Company: K Suites (www.ksuites.co.uk) Work hours: Full time role (40 hours/week) UK timezone Salary: Php 30,000/month Benefits: 15 day holiday leave + bonuses + birthday leave

Job Description: The day-to-day activities of the job role would include (but are not limited to) the following: Maintaining good relations with clients (regular updates, responding to their queries) Speaking and winning over prospective clients Project management and system updates (opening/closing of properties in the systems and channels) Ad-hoc tasks such as assisting with guest concerns and maintenance issues Strong team communication Creating the monthly newsletter (template will be given)

Requirements: Client Relations experience Attention to detail Critical thinking Project Management experience B2B Sales Experience Confidence in speaking with people from the United Kingdom Strong Excel skills Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Willingness to learn new systems Graphic Design knowledge Experience in the Hospitality industry itself is not essential (but would be looked upon favourably) as full training will be given.
