Good day! May I ask that what will happen if you link your PayPal account to your BDO dollar account? Will the money still convert to PHP then USD?

No. There's no way to withdraw it from USD. Best way is to link a visa account, change your currency to paypal the linked visa account. You can withdraw him as USD but he will enter your account as peso based on the exchange rate of the bank not paypal. Which is better because paypal's exchange rate is so low.
