You must have strong communication skills and you are a quick learner when it comes to computer software. You will be responsible for bringing about a quick resolution to problems while providing additional training on new software features where applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of experience working preferably in a technical support role, where you were in constant communication with customers and the internal support teams Understanding and having a strong sense of urgency with client issues Strong and clear communication skills - written and spoken Proven ability to prioritize urgent matters and when to escalate an issue Can (and loves) to work in a fast paced environment Quick learner who can grasp new software quickly Intermediate MS Word and Excel Knowledge in Wordpress/Wix Knowledge in Mailchimp/Constant Contact
Starting Salary: 23,000Php
