Position: Customer Service Representative - Inbound Client: AMAX (https://www.amaxbrands.com/) Salary: TBD Shift: Monday to Friday, 10PM to 7AM
Qualifications: At least High School Graduate with BPO experience Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Honest & trustworthy Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to various situations prioritizing multiple work assignments simultaneously Can type 40wpm Can work w/ minimal supervision
System Requirements: Owns a laptop or desktop (at least 8GB RAM) Stable Internet connection w/ speed of at least 10mbps Quiet background for inbound phone calls Skype account for assessments This is a seasonal contract depending on the need of the client. Your main task is to answer inbound calls from our customers and during downtime, you will be asked to answer emails or chat.
