Job Description:
- Handle calls and emails to help guest with their inquiries and accounts
- Answer chat and assist associates from different store locations
- Shift: 20-40hrs a week
- Salary: processed weekly and hourly rate starts at $5/hr or TBD depending on experience
Requirements:
- Must be amenable to work between 10AM-8PM PST (Pacific Time)
- Can start ASAP
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be very empathetic and a problem solver
- Shows great enthusiasm and has a positive outlook
- Technical Requirements: at least 4GB RAM or higher
- Internet speed must be 7mbps or higher
- Dual or 2 monitors (to work seamlessly)
