Qualifications: ✅ A degree or some units in allied medical course preferred ✅ At least 1-year experience as a Medical VA or experience in the US Healthcare Insurance industry ✅ At least 6 months experience as a Customer Service Representative supporting a US account required ✅ Familiar with EHR/EMR ✅ Familiar with US Healthcare private Insurance providers (e.g. Medicaid, Medicare)
