Customer Service and Inside Sales - Bilingual VA (Canadian French and English)

We are in need of skilled Virtual Assistants to provide top-rate Customer Service and Inside Sales to US based clients in a proactive and timely manner. Must be bilingual (Canadian French and English).

Responsibilities: • Assist by being the point of contact for all communication: phone, email, fax, etc. • Duties also include interfacing with clients • Manage the executive’s schedule by arranging appointments, travel itineraries, etc. • Produce reports for the executive, based on historical references or research, as requested • Email and CRM Management • Outbound and inbound phone call coordination

Requirements: • Min 4 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position preferred • Bachelors degree • Experience with: Salesforce, Hubspot or other similar CRM platforms and Gmail/Gsuite a must • Experience with Netsuite a plus • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail • Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
