Hiring Virtual Assistants! Expanding marketing agency in Malaysia looking to recruit a personal virtual assistant to the CEO. Plenty of room for advancement and long term employment if you're competent, hard working and efficient. You will be working and learning directly under the CEO as his assistant and will get to learn and execute directly on sales and marketing. This is a work-from-home position. Starts from part-time and progress to full-time.

Salary:

  • PHP 18,000 - 20,000 per month + performance incentives (MYR)

Requirements:

  • Females preferred as most of our clientelle are fem-centric industries.
  • Excellent English is a MUST (both written and spoken)
  • Competency and confidence in phone skills is a must
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of Gmail
  • Knowledge on how to deal with warm client leads
  • Understanding how to communicate effectively on the phone
  • Flexibility with working time and hours
  • No prior experience needed, you will be personally trained and coached
  • Any prior sales or marketing experience (demonstrable or not) is highly valued.

Technical Requirements:

  • Laptop/Computer with 64 bit processor (windows or mac)
  • Fast and reliable internet connection

Job Roles include but are not limited to:

  • Call up incoming leads from clients to set up an appointment for prospects
  • Recording videos/audio to send to prospects (using pre-recorded audio, you won't be required to record videos of yourself)
  • Sending and following-up on cold emails.
  • Lead generation and nurturing to generate more appointments for the agency.

Expect a long term role with plenty of room for growth. Approx 2-4 hours per day to start, but this can grow into other roles if you're good!
