FillYourClinic (FYC) is hiring appointment setters to join our team for a new project we are launching.

We are looking for an experienced appointment setter based in the Philippines to help us take over the appointment setting.

Main Tasks: Call leads who opt-in through our Facebook & Instagram ads. Answer basic questions, provide info about the service (scalp micropigmentation) and book an in-person or virtual consultation with our client. Follow up with leads who do not answer the phone via email, SMS & WhatsApp. Nurture leads who do not book immediately. Follow up / nurture leads until their appointment date & time to ensure they show up. Contact the lead after the appointed date & time to ensure they showed. Use our internal tracking tools to document calls & results. Approx. 30 leads per month per client.

A full-time appointment setter with be expected to handle multiple clients. Rate: $4.5 per hour Niche: Hair Tattoo/Scalp Micropigmentation UK working hours
