More Details: Main Responsibilities of the Customer Care Specialists are answering Inbound calls, emails, and chats from US-based customers. Training will be provided. Knowledge in Salesforce is a PLUS!
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years solid BPO / Call-Center work experience or as a US Virtual Assistant
- Enthusiastic individuals with great English-speaking skills
- Comfortable dealing directly with US-based clients
- Not currently enrolled in college or any studies
- We need professionals who can work full time with no other second full time job. We need someone who can start as soon as possible.

Salary range: Starting at $4/hour and up depending on work experience
System Requirements:
- MUST have a Main and Back-up Computer (Desktop or Laptop) with at least an i3 processor or equivalent and 8GB RAM
- Internet connection: Main ISP must be at least 5mbps internet speed with a wired connection and have a Back-up with at least 5mbps speed (can be wired or wireless)
- A headset with a noise cancellation mic and a webcam
- A back-up power source
