Looking for a Short Term Rental co-host/business manager VA!

We are urgently looking to hire an experienced Short Term Rental VA for guest communication, co-host/co-manager who can handle guest issues before, during and after the guest’s stay at each of our properties. In addition, also looking for someone with property management experience.

We are self-managed and have a growing portfolio and are looking for someone eager to learn, grow with us, and would like to succeed together. Currently, portfolio is at 5 properties and soon to grow to 8 within the next month. We are looking for a full-time VA with a positive attitude who is coachable and motivated to learn.

We will pay anywhere between $3-$5 an hour. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth. We are willing to pay a higher rate than what you get with an agency, as long as you are reliable, proactive, and have backup internet connection.

Requirements: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; little to no accent · Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) internet back up · Internet back up · Noise canceling headset with clear microphone · Hard-working, professional, positive attitude · Willingness to work US EST hours
