Job Responsibilities: • Introduce and teach the English language to Japanese students online using prescribed textbooks. • Implement structured lesson management plans. • Effectively provide quality learning experiences according to specified methodologies. • Collaborate with the team projects to enforce quality standards across lessons. • Maintain an understanding of program-specific training. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications: • At least six months related teaching/BPO experience is preferred. • Has a passion for teaching. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Adaptable and flexible/ willing to work on a shifting schedule. • Officially work from home arrangement. • Full-Time position(s) available.
