RESOURCE WORLDWIDE is looking for an AMAZON ACCOUNT MANAGER Work Duration: 10 hours per week Work Schedule: California Time Rate or Salary range: £3.70 per hour Commission-based: NO

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily monitoring of price alerts, customers’ feedback, and inventory
• Responds to all customers’ inquiries and complaints
• Checks and resolves any shipment issues
• Checks unfulfilled inventory
• Checks warehouse sheet for any missing/ damaged items from orders, items that need to be returned, and items that are still in storage
• Deletes all inactive listings from inventory and aged inventory over 180 days old
• Creates monthly inventory adjustments report
• Creates and streamlines systems
• Supports all organizational needs that is required by the Director - to include research, creating templates, and editing documents
• Answers any queries across social media and emails
• Manages emails and set up
• Manages calendar and bookings

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience working as an Amazon Account Manager
• Work experience in administrative management is essential
• High standard of knowledge in using Amazon Seller Central
• Knowledge of email management and flows
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with task management/ project management and other organizational applications
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Process driven and able to create and streamline systems
