FULL TIME ROLE - Work from home - Australian Business hours

We are on the hunt for a creative and passionate Social Media Specialist to join our fast-growing digital marketing agency. The role will require you to spend a great deal of time managing, organizing and executing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute paid social media campaign strategies to drive awareness, traffic and conversions
• Write engaging ad copies and develop audience strategies to drive campaign results
• Manage performance metrics to meet or exceed the client’s KPI
• Setup, monitor and optimise paid social ads on Facebook, Instagram and other platforms
• Budget management to ensure spends are paced evenly or weighted according to seasonality
• Performance reporting with insights and optimization recommendations
• Keep abreast of new Social initiatives and product updates and work with the wider team on learnings and opportunities

Who We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of Paid Social experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency
• Experience working on retail/e-commerce clients with monthly budgets exceeding 20k USD is a must
• A driven individual with a passion for all things Social Media
• Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager
• Hands on experience in the tools is a must
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
• Experience with Paid Search on Google and Bing Ads is a bonus
• Be proficient in Excel
• A natural problem solver with an eye for detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to ensuring quality output
• Able to work autonomously as well as a team
