Talentpop Hiring Customer Service/VA to assist our clients with Email, Live Chat and Phone Support
Our fast-growing Customer Experience Team with over 150 E-Commerce clients (and counting) is looking for skilled and motivated Customer Experience agents, just like you, to assist our amazing clients with Email, Live Chat and Phone Support. Work Remotely? YES Job Role: Customer Service/VA Company: Talentpop Work Hours and Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM EST (9 PM - 6 AM PH) Other U.S (Pacific Standard Time), Australia, UK shifts may be available - Weekends and Weekdays Work Duration: Full Time Commission Based Only? No
Rate or Salary range:
- $4USD/hr for Voice & $3USD/hr for Non-Voice
- Christmas/13th month Bonus
- Performance & Recognition Bonuses
- Paid Vacation Days, Holiday and Sick Leaves
Description/Information:
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Experience preferred
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong command of grammar
- Strong critical thinking skills
- E-Commerce experience is a PLUS!
- Adaptable to changes in work environment
- Competitive and enjoys a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience using Shopify, BigCommerce, and/or Amazon is a plus but not required.
- Experience using Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, and/or G Suite is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to communicate via Zoom Video, Phone, Slack, and Email.
- Phone, Email, LiveChat, SMS Support is a plus!
- Exceptional Time Management and Organizational skills
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable Internet Connection (Backup ISP is also required!)
- Reliable Working PC
