URGENTLY in need of a Part-Time Admin/Bookkeeper VA with vast experience in Australian Bookkeeping
We are URGENTLY in need of a Part-Time Admin/Bookkeeper VA (20 hrs/week) with vast experience in Australian Bookkeeping.
Please only apply if you have at least more than a year of solid end-to-end bookkeeping experience with an Australia-based company. Applicants without AU experience will not be entertained.
• You will be closely working with the owner for any admin or bookkeeping tasks you may be assigned. • This will be an autonomous role, along with support from within our company
Possible tasks include:
- weekly bookkeeping and payroll processing for a range of clients plus some rescue jobs for clients using Xero, QBO, MYOB, and Receipt Bank, and/or Hubdoc
- monthly IAS, quarterly and monthly BAS, super lodgements, and job coding
- admin assistance to the owner • Pay increases and performance milestones are available for a proactive person who adds value to our clients' business. • You must be very organised, proactive, and be able to manage your own workload and deadlines. • You will be responsible for multiple clients and need to have an exceptional and responsive customer service approach. • You will need to be great at problem-solving, troubleshooting, process improvement, and with a solid understanding of GST and payroll.
Your background: • Bookkeeping experience working with an Australian Bookkeeping firm, with multiple clients (this is essential) • Receipt Bank or Hubdoc experience an advantage • End to end experience using QBO and Xero required • Must be able to complete GST rec and BAS prep • Tech-savvy and great with spreadsheets • Karbon Workflow Management experience is a bonus
Fortnightly wage 9AUD/hr 20hrs/week
