Our company recruits and TRAINS people for real estate jobs in the US, primarily appointment setters and cold callers. You will know the ins and outs of the job before working with your employer.

Responsibilities of a cold caller:
- identify motivated people who would like to hear an offer for their property. We will reach out to people who might be in distress, so there is a high chance of speaking with motivated leads.
- have a friendly, listening ear that uncovers their story
- work with the sales department to close the leads Responsibilities of a lead nurturer/appointment setter/ lead intake:
- set appointments with homeowners who want to sell their house outside of the traditional real estate model
- answer the phone and develop relationships with people until they are ready to sell
- have a friendly, listening ear that uncovers their story
- set daily, weekly and monthly goals for yourself
- enter notes in the CRM so that the team can access the status of customer at any time All of this will be TRAINED! We have an amazing training program that will help you be one of the best virtual employee.
