Open Position: LOMA (Loan Officer Marketing Assistant)

Qualifications: · Excellent communication skills both Verbal & Written. · At least 1yr. work experience as a Virtual / Marketing Assistant. · Proficient in using Microsoft Products such as MS Outlook, Excel, Teams and it is a plus if you know how to navigate or you are familiar with CRM Tools (such as Total Expert, Home Bot, and Meta Business Page). · Works efficiently under minimal supervision.

Job Expectations: · Works in a professional manner. · Responds quickly to Loan Officers inquiries and requests via MS Teams or Emails. · Provides updates to the Loan Officers regarding Marketing materials. · Responsible in creating Marketing Media Kits. · Resourceful, knows how to utilize Google search and other websites. · Amenable to work on a Graveyard Shift from Mondays to Fridays. 11pm – 7am. (DST: 12am – 8am)

System Requirements: · Connection Speed: 25 mbps. with available backup internet. · Preferably: Processor i5, 8GB RAM and at least 512 Memory. Dual Screen / Monitor is a plus.
